About me – Luke Faulkner
I’ve been a licensed insurance agent since 2013, starting as a service representative at Safeco before moving into sales. Over the years, I’ve worked with dozens of carriers and written policies across auto, home, umbrella, life, health, and small commercial insurance, giving me a clear understanding of how coverage and claims really work.
I hold a degree in Business Management and Administration with a minor in Economics and served in leadership at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where I managed and mentored a team of agents while also developing training and education content to support their success. That experience sharpened my ability to simplify complex insurance topics and guide clients with clarity.
Today, I work with The Knowles Agency, a primarily Allstate-branded agency, while also having access to additional carriers. If I can’t personally provide the best solution, I’m happy to connect you with another trusted local independent or captive agent to keep your search moving forward.
